The ACCOMMODATOR II (BEACH SCOOT) is now legal in all Federal Parks to be used as a Mobility Assist Device for all persons with Mobility and disabling impairments. On Monday afternoon, during the 20th anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act, President Obama announced the U.S. Department of Justice has issued final regulations revising Title II and III, including the ADA Standards of Accessibility Design.
